I have CLOSED the ability to register with the site for the moment, and will announce here when it is re-opened, along with details of the address, etc. We have had a few people try to join up already.

Are you not reading Dead Color? The url was posted there this a.m. They aren't up and running yet, but take a look. Dave has experience in putting these things together, and it really looks good. You can sign up for reading or full membership. I think I just want to read and learn. This is very gracious to be able to read, like the SOG forum lets tou read there, too. Patience, my friend, you aren't being left out.

Okay, Graydon, why has Dave banned me from the group member pages?
hum... it sas that i have been banned by the group owner, yet my name is under contributors...and i have been an ardent supporter of graydon and rich...defending them against rob's rants...and the threats expressed by rob, and for what am i banned at the group site?
The Google Group is NOT under my control.

We are starting fresh at the Rational Painting Forum. All have been, or should have been removed. No offense. We had some trouble there.
That is, we have basically closed the google group. Please re-register at rational painting.
Ultimately, we are trying to control for quality and mitigate damage. When posts are taken out of context and reposted elsewhere, misconceptions can grow. The group of painters at Rational Painting are dedicated to improving their painting and art in general through reasoned discourse and mutual respect.
